Fireplace Mantles
Mantles can be made from various materials. You can specify dimensions like length, height and depth. We can also make side pieces for wrap around mantles, or vertical support columns that match. Our joinery method makes these mantles look very much like real solid wood beams. AND they’re lightly sanded, finished and ready to install.

Ceiling Beams
Our ceiling beams can be made from various materials and you can specify the size you need. We can make realistic looking splices for long spans that closely resemble those we see in actual barn beams. They’re a great option when the weight of a solid wood beam would be problematic. Lightly sanded and pre-finished, they are ready to install. Need to “wrap” an existing LVL? Give us the dimensions and we’ll make a cover that will slide over and attach to the existing beam.

Nail Wood Post Wraps
Four-sided Post wraps can be made from various materials and you can specify the size. We’ll need inside dimensions to ensure that it will fit over your existing post. We’ll leave the 4th side loose so you can add it at the time of installation.
